Shipping policy

Digital downloads

Products labelled “3D Print Files” are supplied electronically. After successful payment, our digital delivery service emails the download link. No physical parcel is sent and no shipping fee applies to the digital files themselves. The production times, parcel delivery estimates and shipping rates below apply to physical products. If your order includes both digital files and physical products, delivery charges apply to the physical products; the file download is delivered separately by email.

Shipping Policy
Every BushWorks item is printed on demand and made to order.
Processing: Orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. You'll get a tracking link when it ships.
Delivery (after production): Latvia 3–5 days (express 1–2) · Rest of EU ~5–10 days.
Rates: Latvia €5 (express €12) · EU €5 flat.
Where we ship: Currently within the EU — more regions coming soon.
