Digital downloads

Products labelled “3D Print Files” are digital downloads. They do not require a physical return, original packaging, tags or return postage. If you cannot access your purchase or believe a supplied file is faulty or differs from its description, contact bushworkslab@gmail.com with your order number, design and release version. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include restored access, a corrected file, a price reduction or a refund.

Your applicable cancellation and withdrawal rights remain protected. You may submit a cancellation or withdrawal request through our return and cancellation form, or contact bushworkslab@gmail.com with your order details. Merely buying or downloading a file is not treated as your agreement to waive those rights. Any valid waiver for immediate digital delivery must be separately requested and recorded, with the required acknowledgment and confirmation.

The conditions below concerning physical-product condition, packaging and return postage apply only to physical products.

To submit a request, sign in using the email from your order, open the order, choose the eligible items and confirm your return or cancellation request. We will acknowledge the request by email. Digital downloads do not need to be posted back.

Physical products

Return & Refund Policy
Our items are made to order, which shapes how we handle returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Inspect your order on arrival. If anything's defective, damaged, or incorrect, email bushworkslab@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. No need to ship the item back.

EU 14-day cooling-off: If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Contact us within 14 days to start; return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll provide the return address once confirmed. Refunds issue to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-returnable: As items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choice or change of mind (outside the EU right above). Please check our size guide before ordering. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: Fastest way to get a different size or design is to place a new order.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take longer). If 15 business days pass after approval, email bushworkslab@gmail.com.
