Return & Refund Policy
Our items are made to order, which shapes how we handle returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Inspect your order on arrival. If anything's defective, damaged, or incorrect, email bushworkslab@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. No need to ship the item back.

EU 14-day cooling-off: If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Contact us within 14 days to start; return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll provide the return address once confirmed. Refunds issue to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-returnable: As items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choice or change of mind (outside the EU right above). Please check our size guide before ordering. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: Fastest way to get a different size or design is to place a new order.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take longer). If 15 business days pass after approval, email bushworkslab@gmail.com.
